A few things you will need:
-Contax NAM-1 adaptor, allows 645 lens mounting to Contax N body.
-Contax C/Y to EOS lens mount adaptor or your specific brand.
-Contax 645 body
The NAM-1 adaptor will take your 645 lens, simply attach the Contax to EOS lens mount on the NAM-1, will allow you to now mount 645 lens on EOS body.
Since the Aperture is controled electronically on the 645 lens by the Contax 645 body, you will need a 645 body.
-Attach the 645 lens to the 645 body
-Then set your deisred aperature.
-Then press the depth of field preview button
-Hold depth of field preview button down while depressing the lens release button.
-Remove the lens, aperture will now be set the aperture you set it. Will stay set until lens is remounted on the 645 body.
You can now mount your 645 lens on the NAM adaptor then mount to EOS.
Set your Canon to M setting and enjoy the beautiful Carl Zeiss lens!!  |

My EOS To CY Adapters Will Not Fit On A N Mount Lens.
So How Would They Fit On A NAM-1 ?

I had my camera repair guy, replace the Contax mount with the C/Y to EOS adaptor, i believe he had to file the outside of the adpator a little bit to fit. |
