This is the final phase of cherry blossom in Vancouver, and the first day of shooting with the "new" camera I purchased yesterday - my first full frame, finally.

Thanks for the nice shots! I forgot to mention that I used to live in Arizona. Tucson, though, which was a true desert. Got my M.Sc. in Comp Sci at University of Arizona.

Tucson to Vancouver........ I bet that was a change for you....... I did the opposite, Colorado to Phoenix..... I'd rather sweat than shiver!! q:-}
These pictures were taken the day I got the lens back from you. I ran out into the yard,picked a blooming Chaparral Sage for the AF test....... love that crispness and edge to edge Zeiss sharpness!!!! Sold my 16-35 2.8 Canon and I won"t miss it anytime soon.

Here are a couple from my first thrist with the 70-300 (71-285 in my case) one at each extreme. The wider shot had the sun behind the clouds (and behind me).

I Am Interested In The N 85mm f1.4
But Since I Own The 85mm f1.2, Let's Say It's Only Interest...
I Am UNwilling To Pay The Price I Have Seen Them Listed At.
I Believe Contrast, Color, And Resolution Would Be Better.
Still I Have The 100mm N And Are Looking Foward To The 70-200 N Conversion,
Which Would Give Me The Focal Length Covered Quit Well....
Now...
Who Would Guess, The Sun Does Shine In South Texas After All....
1Ds - 24-85mm
2's and 4's
