Do you know why the adapter doesn't work with the 300mm F/4 ?

We issued a recall on January 21 and emailed all customers who have ordered to either reject their shipment or return the adapters to us. The first batch had some compatibility issues with some lenses and some camera bodies. Please rest assured however that all such firmware issues have already been fixed and they only affect the first batch of adapters.

We apologize to all existing customers who are affected. Please return your adapter to us for a firmware update. We will reimburse you on shipping charges.
