If you used DHL to send a package to us, please get in touch with us by email.

You did not heed our advice to ship to us by EMS Speedpost of your local post office, so unfortunately but not at all unexpectedly, your package is currently stuck at customs.
I have no way to know who you are other than that you are from Singapore. If we still do not hear from you, your package may be returned to the sender.
Using an "express" courier may result in unexpected custom delays. To avoid any custom delays, please use the post office the next time you ship to us! |

As it turns out, some grades of services of Singapore Post routes through DHL. The correct service to use is "Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel". Avoid the Courier and Express services as they may route through DHL.
DHL dinged us with a $242 bill for importing a 85/1.4, and it took more than 2 weeks to deliver. It was a great waste of time to negotiate and get the overpayment back.
"Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel" from Singapore arrives quickly and without customs difficulties, however. |
