Could anyone tell me what is the actual focal length of 645 lenses mounted on 24x36 full frame camera via NAM-1?

Excuse me, I'd love to understand better.
A Contax 645 35mm lens is told to be equivalent to C/Y 21mm on a 24x36 RTS III.
But, mounted on a N1/NX 24x36 camera, using the NAM-1 adapter, it will act exactly as a 35mm. The same applies to all 645 lenses.
Right?

So, the only Contax 21mm I can mount on Canon 5d is Contax C/Y 21mm (with adapter), while there is no way to have a 21mm on Contax N1/NX.
I see there are no conversion adapters between C/Y and N Mount.
